At Buckley Leather Goods, every item is handmade with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase — and we’ll do our best to make it right if something’s off.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you’re genuinely unsatisfied, we do accept returns.

Return Guidelines:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• The customer is responsible for return shipping

• Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for a different style, size, or product?

We’re happy to offer exchanges if:

• The original item is returned in new condition

• The requested exchange item is in stock or can be made

Please note:
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We’ll cover the shipping of the exchange item to you (U.S. only).
